It’s Wine and Love Thursday, hosted by the lovely Nora! There is no w(h)ine this week!! It’s all LOVE!

PJ and I celebrate our 1 year anniversary today! And what a year it’s been. All I can do is thank you, PJ, for showing me what love is. I am blessed to have you in my life. I can’t wait for more. Thank you for loving me through it.

We are going see a local production of Chicago tonight, crawfish tomorrow (!!!!!!), Patty in the Park on Saturday and BBQ for The Walking Dead finale on Sunday.

Oasis Gala 2011 Tuesday, Jun 28 2011

Another year, another Gala down. This is my second Gala with Oasis. We celebrated 10 years this year. Such an awesome thing. This night was filled with love and stress and everything in between. I was in 5 numbers!! Yes, 5. I know, I’m crazy but I love it. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I also celebrated a year of being part of Habibi Hips. Oasis has become a second family to me. I have found life long friends here, I have grown (and continue to grow) as a dancer here, I have learned things about myself and how to express them here, I work out my problems here. We have cried together, we have laughed together, we celebrate life and one another together. This is love, pure and simple. I leave you with these pictures:
