I’m always making lists, always having something to do, always going. So, I’ve decided to make a list of things to NOT do.

Here goes:

– Don’t be so hard on yourself

– Don’t think the world is going to stop for you

– Don’t stop working out

– Don’t stop eating right

– Don’t forget to relax and have fun

– Don’t forget to smile

– Don’t check your phone so often

-Don’t forget to engage in your life

-Don’t forget that you are awesome!
