Wine and Love v63 Thursday, Nov 15 2012

W(h)ine:

* The weather is being all screwy. Cold them hot. I wish it would just one and stay there for a while.

* I decided to update my phone before work yesterday and lost all my music and apps on my phone. Spent all day at work downloading music back to iTunes for our show last night. By the way, anyone know a good app for maps?

* We had to get a new battery for the car yesterday. It wouldn’t start when we went to leave for work so we had to jump it. But, now we have a new battery and it’s starting just fine!

Love:

* Our solo show was last night and OMG….WE WERE AWESOME!! We had a packed house. It was awesome. I can’t wait to show you pictures!!!

* I’m putting my Christmas card list together!! If you would like a Christmas card from me, please fill the form out!!

* I’m getting more comfortable talking about finances.

* Thanksgiving is next week! That means PJ’s older brother and his family are coming down for 5 days!!! Lots happening next week!

* Busy week

* I’ve come to realize that I’m not really good at one thing, I’m okay at a lot of things. The problem here is that I want to be really good at ALL the things.

* I get in my own way

*I wish the cooler weather would stay. I want to wear pretty scarfs.

Love:

* Having PJ by my side at all times <3

* Pretty skirts

* I’m excited for my super awesome call with @AshleyD soon!!!!

* Nothing really to wine about, kind of bored at work, though.

Love:

* Loving The Book Thief! Such a great book. If you have not read it, DO SO!!

* Finally go the accident report from the wreck so hopefully things start moving there.

* I’m getting close to my first 85 in WoW!! I am super excited about this!! (Don’t worry if you don’t understand this, just shows you how big of a nerd I am lol)

* Dancing at the nursing home Saturday morning!

* Getting my hair Saturday afternoon!

* Choir is back in session

Wine:

*I fell asleep with my makeup on last night and now my eyes are bothering me- most likely my mascara =/ Remember, ALWAYS TAKE YOUR MAKEUP OFF BEFORE GOING TO BED!!

Love:

* We kicked ASS on Saturday at Gala!! It was amazing!!! Check out the videoson my Facebook page!!!

* I CUT MY HAIR!!! I am in love with my new hair cut!! I actually have to fix it now lol. Anyone know good volumizing and texturizing products for short hair?

* We get a week off from dance, but I’m excited to get back next week!!!

* My birthday is Sunday!!!!

*Only thing I have to wine about is not getting enough sleep

Love:

* IT’S ELAINE’S BIRTHDAY TODAY!!! GO WISH HER A HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

* Our belly dance Gala is this Saturday!!!!

* All of my costumes are figured out and my skirt is now the right length.

* PJ got me an early birthday present: a Nintendo 3DS!!! I am having so much fun playing Super Mario 3D Land (also another early birthday present).

* Love letters.

SO. MUCH. DANCE. Sunday, Jun 10 2012

Belly dance, that is. And I am not complaining.

I have been dancing for the last 4 days straight.

I love dance. When watching SYTYCD, I just can’t help but be jealous of their talent and technique.

I believe that I was meant to be a dancer. Not a ballerina, by any means, but a dancer none the less. I am so excited that I discovered belly dancing. I have falling in love with it. It has led me to watch other forms of dance. It has taught  me to love my body, really love it, even though I fight with that all the time. It has taught me that I am not perfect and that’s okay. I have learned to come together with women and make something kick ass and beautiful. It has taught me that I am stronger than I know. It has done, and continues to do, so much for me.

Dance.

Wine and Love v41 Thursday, Jun 7 2012

W(h)ine:

* Elaine hurt her wrist in rehearsal this week She’s going see a doctor this afternoon. I hope it’s not broken.

* All of a sudden, I got a case of the sads this afternoon. Right now, all I want to do is cry.

* Time sucks I don’t think I a real, free weekend until the first weekend of July. I won’t be able to see Elaine in her play this weekend b/c…..

Love:

* ….PJ’s sister’s graduation dinner is this Saturday night

* Elaine’s birthday is next Thursday!!! So, you all have to go wish her a Happy Birthday!!!!

* Gala is next Saturday!!!!! So excited to perform!!

*Routines are almost finished!!

* Costumes are all together (I think lol). I had to get my orange skirt altered because I am short and kept tripping on it.

* I need a new mattress My back and shoulders hurt when I wake up in the morning.

* I think I have been wearing the wrong size shoe for some time now

* Where has the year gone? It seems to be going to fast

* Elaine’s and my birthday are next month!

* Choreography is coming together- excited that Gala is in a few weeks!!!

* Going to try blogging every day in June…TRY being the operative word here haha.

* Playing WoW! Haven’t had much time for it lately so it’s nice when I do get time to play.

* Reading a lot more. I need to more book suggestions so PLEASE send them my way (I am up for anything!!!).

* Got this (European Deep Dark Drinking Chocolate) in our Easter basket from PJ parents!! It’s soooo good! Makes amazing hot chocolate! I really want to try all of them! We also received some coffee that I can’t wait to try!!

* Easter was awesome!!

* Belldance Gala 2012 session started this week! Excited that we have music for Advanced and Tribal all picked out! Can’t wait to see what our second number for troupe is!!

* Happy that Suki is continuing to host Wine and Love!
